Apple iPad and creative thinking

Here I got a report is about Apple whick we always love, then how the apple company using creative thinking in their products, are they always be thinked as wonderful things?
Why is creative thinking important and how can we creative thinking to solve our problems. How did the thinking at Apple develop the iPad?
Creative thinking is:
- The ability to create.
- The ability to see and make things in a new or different way.
Creative Thinking to Solve Your Problems
There is a common saying in engineering is “a problem known is a problem half solved”
As engineers we are taught:

1. Find the underlying problem,
2. Develop a solution to that problem,
3. Give the solution to the customer.

Is problem solving only applicable within the engineering environment? Of course not!
Problem solving can be adapted to all areas of your life.

1. Identify the problem, (be honest with yourself)
2. Brainstorm all possible solutions and find a workable solution, (how have I failed to find a solution to my problem?)
3. Take action and implement your workable solution

The Steve Jobs and Apple Problem - The Apple iPad

Apple has made major technological advances in the last 10 years solving what if’s. Thinking in the abstract, outside the box and solving problems. They launched

- iTunes (solving the problem of illegal downloading)
- iPod (how to store more music than on a portable CD player)
- Laptops ( how to make computers portable)
- iPhone ( how to make a mini computer)
What resources did Apple know were already working in the market?
1. iPhone – Great Applications, Great Touch Screen – Problem: Small screen display
2. MacBook – Great Laptop, Good Screen Size – Problem: Bulky, competing with every laptop on the market.

What was the problem Steve Jobs solved by launching the iPad?

By thinking in the abstract, Apple will generate billions of dollars in revenue. The money comes from the idea, the details of how to make it happen then follow.
Remember.
  • A problem known is a problem half solved.
  • An Idea is always and Idea, until it has the required action taken to deliver it.
  • Think in the abstract, the money comes from the idea, the details of how to make it happen then follow.
